This 16 hour training enabling managers to audit the whole service/school plan,
policies and culture. Topics include: Mental health; Self-harm; Positive Behaviour Support (BILD); Trauma & Attachment; Effective assessment; LGBTQ+; Staff Wellbeing and working with creativity to support wellbeing.
This course is developed by our founder, children’s psychotherapist and CEO Rachel Lambie and Lead trainer Viv Ofstedahl who has over 30 years as a teacher and mental health lead in schools. The aim of this course is to provide a reflective space, peer support, practical tools and ‘train the trainer’ models to enable you to develop a comprehensive mental health strategy for your setting.
