Access Funded EEBSA Support

We are funded to support children and young people experiencing Environmental and Emotional Barriers to School Attendance (EEBSA).

Referrals can now be made by:

  • Parents and carers
  • Schools and education settings

Our support is flexible and tailored to each child and family’s needs.

Step 1: Referral

Parents, carers or schools can complete our referral form.

Once we receive a referral, a member of our team will review the information and contact the family to discuss the next steps.

Step 2: Assessment and Planning

We take a whole-system approach to understanding a child’s needs.

We will meet with:

  • The child or young person
  • Parents or carers
  • School staff

Step 3: Personalised Support

Support may include one or more of the following:

✅ Direct therapeutic support for the child or young person

✅ Parent and carer support

✅ School consultation and guidance

✅ Staff training and capacity building

✅ Collaborative planning and review meetings

Our aim is to ensure that everyone around the child is supported to create sustainable change.

What Happens Next?

We regularly review progress with the family, school and young person, adapting support as needs change.

Our focus is helping children and young people feel safe, understood, connected and able to engage successfully with education.
