*Free counselling for parents and their children in North Herts

We are offering up to two free remote counselling sessions to support parents or their children in North Herts.

 We appreciate that we are in a difficult times and it may be challenging for you and your family.  NESSie is offering a parent or their child up to two free counselling sessions from our experienced team of counsellors.

These sessions are suitable for any parent/carer or their child who would like a supporting and confidential space to share, reflect and restore.

AVAILABILITY

Sessions are available on a Monday 10am and 2pm, or Tuesday 11am.

You can choose between a video session via Zoom or a phone call.

Each parent can access up to 2 free sessions, each session can last up to 50 minutes

Places are limited, please be sure to book an appointment in advance.

 

*The first two counselling sessions are free of charge. Any additional sessions booked are done so at a cost of £50 per session. There is no obligation to book any further sessions.

Counselling for parents in North Herts during a time of isolation and
COVID-19

NESSie has received funding from North Hertfordshire District Council to support parents in North Herts with remote counselling.

We appreciate that we are in a difficult times and it may be challenging for you and your family.  NESSie has been provided with funding to offer parents free counselling.

The 1-2-1 sessions are for those who may be struggling with aspects lock down and effective ways to support themselves and / or their family.

These sessions are suitable for any parent/carer who would like a supporting and confidential space to share, reflect and restore.

AVAILABILITY

Sessions are available throughout the week; an initial consultation will be booked on a Monday or Tuesday.

You can choose between a video session via Zoom or a phone call.

NESSie Parent Support Group: Anxiety in Children

6 week programme for parents in St. Albans and Harpenden

This remote group is to support parents who have children who can struggle with anxiety. It will take place weekly for 6 weeks. We will focus on separation anxiety and strategies to help with transitioning back to school after Covid19.

 This support group is funded by DSPL7 therefore is free to attend for parents whose children attend schools within St. Albans and Harpenden.
The sessions will take place online (details will be sent to those who register)
Places are limited. When participants sign up you will be registering for the 6 week block.
