I can't book onto an event, I didn't have this problem the first time
The first time you register for an event on our website, you will automatically be generated with a log in and password. This email frequently goes into people’s Junk mail folder. You will need this log in and password to book onto future events, please check your junk mail folder.
I haven't received any booking confirmation
I haven't received joining information for the event
We will send the joining instructions for the event no later than the evening of the day before the event (e.g. if the event is Wednesday you will receive the joining instructions no later than Tuesday evening, if the event is a Monday, the joining instructions will be sent out the Friday before). Please remember to check your junk email folder as if you haven’t added us as a contact it may have gone in there.
Please be aware bookings for an event will close at 5pm the day before booking in order for us to be able to send out the joining information with plenty of time before the event.
This also means that no one can book onto an event last minute and not receive the joining information.
I wish to join a training but it is funded not funded for my school or organisation
If there is a training in a different area which you and/or your colleagues would like to attend, you may attend with prior approval as long a donation is made.
