Supervision Supervision Supervision offers support and professional development to manage both the professional and personal demands of their work. Supervision provides a confidential space for staff to receive support, discuss and unpick issues, reflect on practice, and process events. It will be a closed group, facilitated by a qualified member of our psychotherapy team. Benefits include reducing burnout and compassion fatigue, improving professional practice through self-reflection and evaluation, increased self-awareness and understanding, being better able to support children and families, and improving teacher retention. NESSie is currently funded to offer four weeks of online supervision groups for professionals working in education in Hertfordshire, funded by Hertfordshire County Council.
